On one hand I understand that Decarabian's micromanaging of Mondstadt is presented as a Bad Thing because the people desire freedom on the other hand I now imagine him as the world's most autistic god who stays in his tower planning the most efficient irrigation canels and supply routes and house layouts to force bestow upon the people
