hello, dear anon!!!!

i did get my jimmysea mystery box in the end!!!! there actually were A LOT of issues with the delivery because the italian mail system SUCKS to say the least, like it took exactly 5 working days for the package to get from thailand to italy and then it got stuck for two months in a warehouse near my city, so to bring it home i had to contact the connected post office and go physically retrieve it myself after work. i hope you guys can forgive me if i didn’t share it before but that day i was really tired and then i….. was kinda embarrassed by how bad the pictures i took turned out to be ;;;;;;;;

GUESS IT'S FINALLY TIME TO SHARE MY SHAME BUT ALSO WHAT HAVE BECOME SOME OF MY MOST PRIZED POSSESSIONS (under the cut because this got long)

OKAY SO here's the actual content of the mystery box (feat. my grandma style duvet and the glare of my ceiling lamp):

the fact that they put only the puen plush in the box and not talay is so outrageous to me like GMMTV ARE YOU INSANE YOU CAN'T SEPARATE THEM!!!!!!!! HOW DARE YOU!!!!!!!! (if you think i placed my puen plush so he's staring forlornly out of the window as he waits for talay to come back WELL YOU CAN'T PROVE IT) [but you'd be right ;;;;;;]

this is why i've decided to get the talay plush too, i can't leave my puen alone!!!!!! also while im not particularly fond of these plushies because they all kinda look the same and some of them are a bit.... bad, you would not believe just HOW SOFT they are, that was such a surprise!!!!!!

i understand if for someone this wasn't worth it, especially if we count how expensive the shipping fees were and all the time it took to bring the box home, but since i didn't have anything jimmysea related this made me ridiculously happy ;;;;;;

also when i ordered the mystery box i bought the talay's version of the friend credits shirt as well AND IT'S SO NICE!!!!!!

the size is a bit bigger for me, but i can use it while i sleep. the shirt also came with this lovely postcard that i would frame and hang on my wall if my family didn't come visit pretty often

The alarm clock! That damn alarm clock! The most terrible and cruel device invented by humans. Moaning, I stretched out my arm to blindly turn it off. Instead of just turning it off, I swept it off my bedside table. What a wonderful morning! A pinch of sarcasm a day will keep the doctor away. At least I told that myself while I sat up and opened my eyes to make me feel better. But when I opened my eyes, I had to notice that I saw nothing but a bright yellow. 

A piece of paper was sticked to my forehead! Who would stick a note to my forehead while I was asleep? In disbelief, I shook my head and pulled the paper off my face. Then I started grinning like stupid. It was a message from James! We've been together for half an eternity, but I was just as in love as I was on the first day. But I should stop thinking about my boyfriend and start reading his little letter. After all, James hadn't written it for no reason.

I wish you a wonderful morning, my darling!

Awwww! If he wanted to, James could be the loveliest person in the entire universe. My cheeks heated up. I had to concentrate! Focus girl! We only had a few more lines to go.

Because you have your day off today, you have a date! So be ready at two o'clock because I will pick you up so we can go for a picnic.

Was I still asleep? That couldn’t be true. It never happened... But the impossible just had become possible! James had really remembered my birthday. It probably sounded strange that I had to admit that this fact honestly surprised me. I usually had to remind James of my birthday. As far as we or I were concerned in detail, James forgot a lot. Appointments, birthdays or even anniversaries! It could be really difficult with James at times... But that didn't matter now! The important thing was that he had thought of me today and would pick me up for a romantic birthday picnic. He had been kind enough to organize a picnic for us. Euphorically, I threw the blanket aside. Now it was about time to start the day! I jumped out of bed and floated on my little cloud of love through the morning.

Nervously, I ran back and forth, picked up my things and stuffed them into my purse. Suddenly knocked at the door. I flinched. That had to be James! Suddenly the nervousness fell away off of me and joy filled my body. I ran to the door and pulled it open. My cheerful grin greeted James, who had actually stood infront of the door. "Not so fast, my beautiful!" My boyfriend chuckled in with amusement as he pulled me into a hug to greet me. "I'm just happy.", I told him and gave him a kiss on the cheek. But James wasn’t satisfied with a simple kiss on the cheek. He put his hand under my chin, pushed it up and bent down to me. He pressed his lips on mine. Heat flowed from my lips through my body. It was a nice feeling! "I was looking forward to seeing you too, Y/N!", James mumbled against my lips. I smiled. James mirrored it. "Are you ready to go?", he wanted to know. In response, I nodded. "I have everything!". I replied, holding my bag up for confirmation. James’s grin widened. "Well then let's go! The others are already waiting!" The others? Were Sirius, Remus, Peter and Lily here as well? My grin slipped off my lips. Before my brain managed to tell my mouth that we would have loved to know which others James was talking about, we were already standing in front of his friends. "Hey Y/N!", Remus greeted me and gave me a warm smile. Sirius, Peter and Lily waved happily at me. Then they started talking to James and on the way to the parking lot where the cars had to stand. We were going by car because we needed to dric a bit to be able to picnic on a field. Remus strolled next to me as I dabbled after James and his friends. I'm glad you have time to come with us today!" he said. Now I tried to return his smile without looking tormented. "I'm happy too!" I added. "I like to hang out with you." But inside, my heart broke when I said it. James had forgotten my birthday again... But I had to keep my mouth shut! I didn't want to ruin Lily, Remus, Peter and Sirius's day! They couldn't help it, so they didn't have to be the ones who suffered. Hopefully the afternoon would still be nice, even though James had forgotten about my birthday and this picnic was not for my birthday. I would keep my head up until that day was over...

"See you!", we said goodbye and waved at Peter, Sirius, Lily and Remus before we sat down in the car. I put on the belt, turned to the side and leaned my forehead against the window to look at the landscape with tired eyes. My friend started the engine and the car started moving. But after only a few meters I realized that James did not like the silence. His fingers began to drum audibly on the steering wheel. I gave him a quick sideways glance and saw his left leg bouncing up and down. Then I turned my eyes away from the leg. James cleared his throat. I didn't respond to it. I knew he wanted to start a conversation, but didn't know how. But I didn't want to talk! The pain that he had again forgotten my birthday still cut deep. So I could not and should not have a conversation. Especially not with James! In the meantime, the city borders came in sight. But it would certainly take five minutes until we reached the city. The border could be seen, but on a straight road it was not difficult to spot it. "Are you okay, honey?", James asked. His tone showed his insecurity. He probably didn't understand why I starred so quietly out of the window. "Yes," I growled. I really didn't feel like talking! I'd rather lie than have a conversation now. "Are you sure?" James wanted to make sure. "Yes, I am." Couldn't he leave me alone? "But I don't believe you." Enough was enough! If he wanted to talk we could talk. But I am damn sure that he wouldn’t want to hear what I have to say. "Fine! If you really want to know, no, I'm not feeling well! I'm not feeling well at all. I'm angry and sad!", it burst out of me. I crossed my arms in front of my chest and turned away again. For me, the conversation was over. But James seemed to see it differently! "But why? We had a cool and relaxed day with the gang."  "That's the problem!" I turned to James. I was able to observe how he wrinkled his forehead. "What's the problem when we spend time with our friends?" I suppressed a moan. He was just unbelievable! "It's a problem if it's on my  birthday and I'd like to spend it with my boyfriend who forgot about it again!" James made a throw-a-way hand gesture. "That's not a big deal! Don't get so upset about it," he said. That was the only thing he said! Not another word followed James's statement.  "You know what? Just forget it! Just as you forget everything..." I turned away to stare silently out the window. That day left a bitter aftertaste on my tongue! I loved James, but his eccentric nature was the straw that broke the camel's back for me today. Usually, I didn't mind that James focused more himself than his fellow human beings. He did not notice any changes and often forgot things as well as anniversaries. His thoughts buzzed around his friends and family, which is what I loved so much about him. There was no one who was a more loyal person than James Potter! But what I did mind was that he forgot my birthday AND dismissed it with a simple gesture of his hand. Then James also told me not to get upset because it wasn't a big deal. But for me it was a big deal! I loved my birthday. Maybe on the other 364 days it wasn't so important to me that I was the center of attention. But in that one day! On that one day I wanted to be celebrated. Only one or two hours of that day. That hand gesture and remark sounded like something you were saying to an acquaintance you didn't like. But I wasn't a hated acquaintance of James! I was his girlfriend! At least I had been in this belief until this very second...  "Pull the car over!" I suddenly said, pointing to the dirt pass at the edge of the road. Everything in me was stunned. Suddenly, the car stand still. I must have frightened James, but I only took sidenote of it. Silently, I pushed open the passenger door, took my keys and purse and left the car. "What the hell are you doing?" James asked me. Just as I did I left the car. But I turned my back on him and went away. "I'm running home.", I told him. Behind me, I heard James snorting. "Nonsense!". he shouted after me. "Get back in! I'll drive you home." Before I answered, I stopped one last time and turned. "It's too small for me in your car! You and your ego take up too much space, there is no place for me and my desire to be important and to be celebrated only once in my life." With that, I left James standing. That was probably the end...
