Sufi Master Younus AlGohar said on 02/27/22 The navel point is a muscle in the abdomen and that is where the lower self is settled, and that muscle stretches all the way up the body. All the Prophets and Saints sought refuge from the mischief of the lower self. The Prophets and Saints tried not to incite the lower self. You can never become spiritual as Prophets and Saints and they even sought refuge from the mischief of the lower self. This means you have to suppress the mischief of the lower self, not incite it. Moula Ali said: brave is one who can control his lower self. And that is done through divine energy and wisdom.
