The Abyss Stares Back Eclipse/Ruin's Pups, surviving and lost

This doesn't include their pups from the main Abyss story, just the past pups!

For those who are curious, here is a list of Ruin and Eclipse's pups!

Surviving: Elianna (the eldest, a Dragon Leviathan), Lingan (Mesmer Leviathan), Finny and Bede (twins, Dragon Leviathans)

Died as Eggs: Vera, Tide, Daylight, Wingheart, Lightly, Aurora, Comet, Skadi

Died After: Nightrise and Starset (died from maternal stress), Memory (died from being injured during an attack by a rival male Mesmer intent on taking Ruin for his own), Echo (lived the longest- 3 years old; died of sickness from the falling of the Aurora)

Karen is a weirdo who was obsessed with MJ and he also fired her multiple times lol. She never saw shit, she’s just a weirdo who wants to fantasize about it bc she’s literally obsessed and creepy over a man who was her EMPLOYER

And Karen tried to allege that her and Lisa Marie were besties or some shit too but all Lisa ever wrote about her was one sentence about her saying something in that memoir. She had literally no relevance lmfao

As for Shana, she’s also a freak obsessed stalker who gasped once as an extra in the Ghosts short film and thinks that makes her Michael Jackson’s wife or some shit 🤣 she’s such a loser and she’s legit never been alone with MJ or known him intimately like that. She also spends her time on Facebook in a private group secretly body shaming MJ and feeding into the lies that he didn’t want to be black etc. idk why so called “fans” buy her shit or believe her. She’s obviously lying.

MJ didn’t have “secret girlfriends” like Shana. He had delusional stalkers lol

CrystalClan Part 12

New warriors, quite a few deaths, and Thornstar continues to have a terrible time.

12th Newleaf

During a half-moon gathering, Spottedmint shocks Marigoldpaw by announcing that he's ready to be a full medicine cat. It hasn't been an easy path, but he's trained a long time, and all the other medicine cats agree he's ready. Marigoldpaw does not. He also is certain it means Spottedmint will retire soon, and he's not sure he can handle being a medicine cat without him. They all reassure him, and grant him the name Marigoldecho. On the way back from the half moon meeting, Spottedmint tells Marigoldecho of the trouble he had towards the end of is training, being left to care for the clan as Suntree was ill. He sees a similar resilience and strength in Marigoldecho, even if he's not able to see it himself.

Lightstrike and Badgerclaw's second litter is apprenticed, Slopepaw to Bristlepoppy, and Tuftpaw to Drizzlepounce. Tuftpaw has only become more introverted, and she's a bit intimidated by the skill of her mentor. And with her sister excelling in battle training specifically, she feels rather lost.

Spottedmint is bit by a snake while out gathering herbs. It sends Marigoldecho into a panic and he starts desperately overworking to save him.

Wingpaw is welcomed as a full warrior and given the name Wingheart. Emberdawn is exploding with pride. The two have become as close as sisters, and Emberdawn is so happy to see how much confidence she's developed. She still doesn't speak in certain situations, and is still affected by what happened in her past, but she's become a brave and loving cat.

Echopaw, hungry to prove herself, asks to have her warrior assessment somewhat early. Midnightheart agrees, and somewhat suprisingly, Echopaw passes, seemingly with flying colors. Thornstar gives her the name Echoneedle, and is darkly amused when she proclaims her desire to be deputy one day.

Heavy rains cause regular flooding, and due to this more tunnel collapses happen. An entire patrol is burried, and though the entire clan rallies to try to get them out, Honeyclaw, Apricot, Fringepelt, and Bristlepoppy all die. Lightstrike and Badgerclaw are distressed to have now lost all of their kits from their first litter. Berrylight deeply mourns the loss of one of her and Hazelholly's kits. Apricot, despite his disbelief in StarClan, was often a peacekeeper and a voice of reason in the medicine den... The death of Fringepelt is hard on Egretwing, who'd come to rely on his jovial nature, Basilpaw and Brackenpaw are deeply saddened that their father won't be able to see them become warriors. But this is something else for Thornstar. Who openly curses StarClan. He also starts talking with Lightpelt and the medicine cats about moving the camp.

Slopepaw is reapprenticed to Cloudfeather.

Flutterpaw is made a warrior, ahead of his sister Horentpaw, who's training is delayed by greencough. He's given the name Flutterbounce. His name... doesn't exactly suit his personality. He's grown cold, and developed something of a survival of the fittest mentality. He thinks the Thornstar is weak, and should step down, and let a strong and loyal cat (not Lightpelt) become leader.

Spottedmint recovers completely from the snake bite, much to Marigoldecho's relief.

Peathawk catches a rabbit over ShineClan's border, and intentionally leaves evidence.

Tawnybird and Sunfox have one kit, a rambunctious little guy they name Slatekit.

12th Greenleaf

Rain continues to fall, Jumbleclaw has grown panicked that his powers have something to do with it, after all, it had seemingly grown worse when he stopped "training" with Orange. But he fears going back to the other cat. He confides all this in Emberdawn, since shes the one he has some kind of connection to. He's also grown worried to see her hanging out with Via. She tells him to go to Thornstar or one of the other medicine cats, to try to gain knowlage from StarClan. But he fears retribution after the last cave in.

Fishfalcon succumbs to an infection in her leg. Her former apprentice, Emberdawn is deeply saddened by this, as she'd always had the utmost respect and admiration for Fishfalcon. On a patrol, she winds up talking with Thornstar about the difficulties of loosing cats, and how hard it is, even with the promise of seeing them in StarClan one day.

Shimmerpaw is apprenticed to Vineshell, who's always happy to train another apprentice, and happy to have something to take her mind of Jumpeyes. She'll be a good duo with Rosepaw's mentor, the new warrior, Wingheart.

Glowberry and Budmoss eat some burger trash together.

Spiderpaw looses their tail to infection, trying valiantly to get over it, but has a hard time.

Lilystep is welcomed as a warrior. Carpleg taught her well. She's talented and graceful, and has many admirers. Including Silkpaw. Much to Spiderpaw's misery.

Spottedmint decides to re-retire. Promising Marigoldecho and the others that he'll always be around if they need help.

Emberdawn drags Jumbleclaw on a patrol with Thornstar, and convinces him to come clean about his abilities. He also ends up revealing Orange's dreamwalking abilities as well. Thornstar is calm at the revelation, as Spirestar, the brutal leader of FloodClan had some odd abilities as well. He says he'll speak to Lightpelt and the other medicine cats to see what they think. Though he tells Jumbleclaw not to worry so much. Even if his powers had something to do with it, he can see that Jumbleclaw is not an evil cat, and wouldn't do it on purpose.

When they return, they are met with the worst news. Brackenpaw is the only one to return from a patrol with Lightpelt, Prancepetal, Streamstripe, and Lightstrike. She says that a wall of water swept through the gully they were patroling. She was able to catch hold of a rock, and keep herself from being swept away. But she's not sure what happened to the others. Thornstar is frantic with worry, and everyone heads out to search the territories. Carpleg steps in to keep everyone calm, Cricketspeck works to organize everyone into groups, and Emberdawn runs from group to group, conveying information. After a long search they find Prancepetal, just barely alive. She tells them that Lightpelt saved her, but she's not sure of the fates of the others. As days pass, and there's no sign of any of the missing cats, most accept what must have happened, as sorrowful as it is. Thornstar refuses to accept it, staunchly unable to reckon with the latest in the long string of tragedies. He refuses to appoint a new deputy.

Brackenpaw is reapprenticed to Leaftalon, not really by anyone, since Thornstar refuses to acknowlage Lightpelt is gone. But Leaftalon just sorta steps in, having wanted to be a mentor for a while now.

Goldcreek invited Orange to patrol with him, intending to try to settle things between them once and for all. But oh gosh, they find a queen and some babies instead. Her name is Indigo, and she used to live on a boat, but didn't want to raise her kits there, so she ran away. She's always been curious of warrior life, and StarClan, so she asks to join. Her newborn kits are Heatherkit and Pinekit. She takes the name Indigoflash to fit in more.

Hornetsong is made a full warrior at last. With so much training, she's become very confident.

It becomes apparent right away that Heatherkit was born blind. She seems to get along alright though.

Brackenpaw is made a warrior, given the name Brackenspeck. Thornstar thanks her for her bravery and resilience with the flood. Silkpaw is also made a warrior, and named Silkfox. Orange and Via are obnoxiously proud.

Midnightheart and Indigoflash become fast friends, she's great with her kits.

Emberdawn manages to dig Via out of a cave in while they are training together. Via is rather shaken by the whole experience, and tells Emberdawn to consider her debt cleared. But Emberdawn shrugs this off, saying she's happy to keep hanging around Via and Saffron, and learning from them.

In his despair, Thornstar has taken to patrolling alone, to try to search for Lightpelt. Emberdawn often tries to go with him, or at least follow along unnoticed.
