Ever looked at Lute & his female version (i think her name is Sophie?) and thought to yourself “i wish someone in the community actually gave a fuck about them…”?

So guess what! I added them into a certain Monster hunter stories AU of mine! BOTH of them!

I’ll explain about them:

The AU is kinda a self-insert AU called “memories of Kumara”, where the protagonist is me but without any memories, Lute & Sophie are NOT the protagonists, but play a role as one of Kumara (the protagonist)’s friends that travel alongside him, both are siblings, im currently trying to decide whether to make ‘em Shapeshifters (like, able to transform into everything they want) or make them able to transform from human into only 1 non-human form (like in a web series in Youtube called “Aeon” by Icerift Fya, theres a species called “Fyassel” where it’s basically humans that have 1 animal form), i currently stick to shapeshifters (yes, i only decided to add them yesterday), so what forms do they like the most? I’ll show you in the pictures at the bottom! Their relationship with each other sucks at the beginning but turns good later on, Lute’s monstie is a seregios & Sophie’s monstie is an Azure Rathalos, their backstory is kinda inspired by me irl, it goes like this: Lute is the oldest amongst the 2, he’s 25 and Sophie is 12, their entire family always favourited Lute over Sophie, they also really hated Sophie, the only one in the family who did love her was Lute himself, but she felt hatred towards him because she was frustrated with the fact that no matter what she does he’ll always be the favourite child, her parents would also abuse her & even shame her, and tbh, theres no differences between her & Lute that makes Lute better, they are both shapeshifters, both strong, both are smart, the only things different is that Lute’s an adult and she’s not, so one day, she ran away from the house, she began wandering the nature like a lost child, thats until she met Azulo, her Azure Rathalos, she befriended him & they were kinda like Avinia & Frostfang. Thats her past, as to how she takes part in the story? She eventually meets Kumara & Navirou and Azulo seems to take a liking to them, which caused Sophie to warm up (they meet during the main story), she then joins their journey to see more of the world but she appears more frequently than the rest, she mostly helps them by tricking their enemies (like Manalger, black blighted monsters & all that) by shapeshifting causing them to think she’s either on their side or that she’s just a harmless creature in the background (she can transform into things from her imagination or actual living beings like monsters, Endemic life or even other people which makes her the perfect spy), eventually she reunites with Lute & she’s like “Here comes the mother fucking moma’s boy!” & doesn’t even hide her hatred within herself, Lute doesn’t treat her bitterly but he does end up arguing with her a lot, even their monsties hated each other during their enemy-relationship (his Seregios’s name is Serge), but eventually Kumara manages to get them to get along by being a mediator-like figure
