so we played the first session of Mod Ash’s campaign a few days ago and this scene still haunts me, despite being generally pretty mundane.

This takes place right after a fight with some merrow (whose bodies I was too lazy to draw lmao), and Whit was doing the rounds healing the injured (bc, he’s the dedicated healer, being a celestial warlock, a paladin (he hasn’t been able to take his oath yet), and carrying around a staff of healing that was gifted to him), y’know, makin sure everyone’s doing okay. Turns out he heals using his staff as a contact point, and it’s a little bit off-putting to his party members.

Ahh I’ll pick a fic so let’s go with Wish I May, Wish I Might 🥰 I would write about the aftermath of the Halloween party, and Ari, Curtis and Bucky dealing with the authorities and reader’s reaction to the mysterious disappearance of her friends !! I actually have some of that already written in an epilogue style 👹 perhaps I’ll get around to finishing it soon and include other ideas from asks !!

Snippet from The Last Time (1/2): “It was beautiful in a way that only broken poets, starved artists and silenced lovers could understand. And you and Ari were all three. The tragedy was in colours no one else could see, the script in an undiscovered language, but to you and all the rest of the heartbroken, it was so vivid and clear.”

I know I’m a slut, but I also love writing angst !! Diving into all of those feelings, whether they’re confusing or so blatantly clear, I love exploring those emotions and defining their meaning with words or imagery. It can be so personal but also beautiful and other people can relate to it as well. Angst has allowed me to openly express those thoughts and feelings and make it into something I’m proud of, and this snippet bc it did just that !!

oh my goodness, or alternatively: he asks what you think is the scariest movie just so you could be a clingy little thing !! consider this a snippet:

"Not fun at all." You huff in frustration and fear, trying to ignore the creepy music flowing from the speakers, it paints the entire living room eerie and deeply unsettling. "Ari, please!"

"Stop being such a baby." He scolds, spanking your ass. "It isn't even gory."

You pull away with a pout, "not a baby..."

A slow, sinister smile crawls onto his lips. "No? Why are you crying like one then?"

"You're bein' mean..." You move to climb off his lap but he locks his built, firm arms around your waist. "I don't like it."

He ignores you and swoops forward, kissing from your forehead to your wet cheeks, across your nose and finally your lips. He makes obnoxious puckering noises, nibbling on your warm skin. Your teary-eyed sulk faded into a sweet, giggly glow.

It never takes much to distract dumb little you.

"How about we get your mind off it, huh?"

"Are we gonna go upstairs?" You ask cluelessly as he lays you on the couch, bracing himself above you. "You said you'd help me with my math homework, remember?"

"I know, baby, I know." Ari sighs softly, lowering his hips between your spread thighs. "You still don't understand? I just tutored you last week."

"I-I tried, but it's still too hard!" You sputtered, "I promise I did all the steps you put on the checklist, but I just—I can't, daddy."

He coos, "Don't worry, bunny. I'll dumb it down for you again."

Your eyes flutter shut when his hard length rubs against your core, and only then do you notice the sticky mess. You squirm, embarrassment flooding your body.

"You're so wet, baby, how long have your panties been soaked?" He asks, kissing from your jaw to your neck, his thick beard tickles your skin.
