So when Sesshōmaru says he plans to ask Kagura to marry him, and he doesn’t need Inukimi’s approval, she decides to get a little revenge on him, with help from his half-brother, Inuyasha. And at Tōga and Izayoi’s annual New Year’s Eve party, she decides to put her plan into action.

Too bad that Tōga and Izayoi figure out Inukimi’s plan, and decide to concoct a scheme of their own, to teach both Inukimi and Inuyasha a lesson.

As the clock finally strikes midnight, will everyone finally end up with the person they truly want?

There's a couple of possibilities.

Witch's Brew was written by @willowandfog for a Halloween writer/artist bang, and I'm listed on AO3 as co-creator because I did the illustration.

Or perhaps you're thinking of Jar of Hearts - in that one Kagome works at Kaede's apothecary as her assistant. I'm still working on that one, but it hasn't been updated in some time. OMG I can't believe it's been that long - I'm sorry, I'm sorry!

I sound like a Nike commercial....but honestly? They’re right. 

Just do it. 

Don’t think twice about it. Don’t question your sanity. Don’t wonder if other people are going to like it, or what they are gonna think about it. Just do it. For you. No one else, because unapologetically writing for yourself is the best feeling in the world...and people can tell because it will show in your work. 

It IS hard and scary to take that first step and post it online, but when you’re ready, you will. Don’t feel like you have to rush to print, so to speak, especially when people start demanding more (because I’m SURE they will). Don’t feel like you MUST give them more right this second, because people can wait for YOU to be ready and happy with your work. And if you never do post online, that’s ok too. As long as you wrote it and tried and had fun and did something that made YOU happy.

Hello! I was wondering if you could help me find a fanfiction? I believe it was on AO3, but it’s been so long I can’t remember (but I know it was incomplete!) But it was an AU where Inuyasha and Sesshomaru are royals and Kagome is fated to be an oracle - which are rare - and become the royal oracle. Inuyasha and Kagome fall in love, Sesshomaru is overworking Kagome’s abilities & there’s a war brewing! This is all I can remember right now!
