The story about the URL reminds me of how I got mine - from rewatching A Piece of the Action and then laughing about how "William Hatner" is William Shatner in a hat... and then the URL wasn't taken! I dunno I just felt like I could relate or something ignore me

I'd have to say my chemical romance because not only are they still my favorite band, but their albums all have pretty different styles so I wouldn't get too bored with it

the "surprise bitch" one because it's not even funny oh my god that is the one meme I can never find amusing or get behind it's just so annoying and it will keep coming back because that is the whole point of the stupid thing anyway

if there's some post about supporting gays or feminism, someone is always like "why are there so many white people and everyone is too thin and no one is disabled" like excuse you that wasn't the point can we just appreciate the thing

I'm trying to learn Russian and I'm just sort of confused about the stressed and unstressed 'о' like I get that it's either a or o sounding, but I don't get how to tell? Am I just blind or do you just have to memorise every word to know

Yeah I really hate to be the bearer or bad news, but stress in Russian is fairly irregular and you basically have to just learn the pronunciation of every new word you come across. :( I still struggle with it too and I've been learning Russian for 5 years.

So I'm pretty sure my old middle school band teacher is gay. After all, his wife "keeps him straight" and "he does a fabulous job". A section of the concert is called "Boys and their toys" with sections "thunder and blazes" and "jock jam".... Suspicious??
