Day 5: Creepy statue in the attic. Growing up, we would take road trips to visit relatives. My aunt and uncle had an incredible house full of treasures. The cousins got to sleep in an upstairs space with vaulted ceilings, built in bunk beds, and even a gum ball machine that would take pennies. The most memorable feature of this room was an 18 inch statue of W.C. Fields that was visible from every bed, directly under a light left on to help us if we needed to go to the bathroom.
