Petit marché d’agriculteurs en ligne, WildKale vous permet de commander des produits frais directement auprès des producteurs de votre région et de vous les faire livrer.

Lancée au début du mois de septembre par la restauratrice new-yorkaise Ana jakimovska, la plateforme propose déjà à une trentaine de petites et moyennes exploitations agricoles de vendre leurs produits en ligne. Une opportunité alléchante pour ces agriculteurs et producteurs locaux longtemps passés à côté de l’uberisation des échanges.

Avec WildKale, c’est un nouveau canal de vente qui s’offre à eux, et pas des moindres. On le rabâche à longueur de temps, l’économie circulaire et la tendance du manger sain n’ont jamais eu autant le vent en poupe.

L’avantage ?

Les agriculteurs n’ont ni à se déplacer, ni à faire appel à des grossistes pour vendre leurs produits. La plateforme s’occupe de tout à condition que leurs clients soient situés dans un rayon maximum de 300 miles. Soit un peu moins de 500 kilomètres. Du côté des acheteurs, un code postal suffit pour localiser les producteurs les plus proches de chez eux. Sélectionner les produits recherchés et se faire livrer dans les 24 heures. Seule contrainte, un minimum de commande de 30 dollars est exigé et les frais d’expédition sont à la charge du client au prix de 5,99$.
