the answer is he got his shit brutalized by The Beast (the specific version of Erlkonig fought in 6-34) so hard that even being rewound by the contract couldnt get rid of a really really nasty scar that he should really have a few of tbh and now he wears a sleeve because he would rather have implications of his mental health be a thing than anyone finding out

also he was brutalized to the point literally just because hes friends with heathcliff fhkjdhkf

Ok, so we have identities from alternate universes where Sinners ended up in the role of villains, like One Who Grips-Faust, Captain Ishmael, neo-luddist Yi-Sang and Wildhunt Heathcliff.

So there must be at least one timeline where the Sinners are composed by the likes of Kromer, Ahab, Dongbaek and even Heathcliff.

So I looked at the post project moon made showcasing the unholy wall of text that is wildhunt Heathcliff’s kit. Horse makes him stronger, sinking makes him stronger, coffin makes him stronger until he will eventually put you inside of the coffin and promptly beat you to death. I think this ID is gonna be fun and somewhat complicated because I barely understand what the fuck I witnessed- although this is also a way to achieve the funny Korean game content on here 👁️👁️

sometimes some of the sinners come back from the dead fucking emotionally crushed. like needs to be little right now type crushed.

the sinners who absolutely do that are: don, sancho, heathcliff, sinclair, gregor more rarely you might notice outis doing this as well but she. she fights her needs because she's in CONSTANT war mode to her own detriment. girl piss your pants youre not better than anyone else here DFJSFJISDFJ

if theyre in the mirror dungeons and end up fighting a final boss abno (or if dante is dumb enough to bring gregor to fight the golden apple lux fight) the relevant sinner just. needs to sit down and be baby. this is ESPECICALLY the case for sinclair and don+sancho when we eventually get the don sr fight. don loses it ANY time she has to fight the other kindred. also fucks heathcliff up to see & fight nelly again but he's at least handling it a little less bad. still needs to be little though.

all the sinners have ego + ids that once battle is over and they are on the bus they are. instantly little.

mini list of what ego i think would fuck with them (and you are 100% correct hex nail IS the babymode ego im stealing this from you) sunshower yi sang hex nail + 9:2 faust yearning-mircalla, lifetime stew & sometimes fluid sac for don red eyes (either) for ryoshu and perhaps even contempt awe (it all depends on her canto so take this one w/ a grain of salt) regret meursaut cavernous wailing hong lu fell bullet & binds & sometimes telepole. sometimes also holiday. heathcliff blind obsession ishmael rime shank & hex nail rodya lifetime stew, hex nail & cavernous wailing sinclair holiday, ebony stem & sunshower outis legerdemain & AEDD gregor

and base egos can result in a sinner going little. because thats like. their trauma manifested. thats gonna fuck with them.

the bad end ids also. instantly little when on bus.

often times dante can tell that a sinners going thru it when theyre doing luxes or mds and theyre like "if you need a break you can tell me" and the response really depends on who theyre talking to but. basically all of them except outis (who "does not need breaks" <- probably would regress youngest out of all of the sinners if she LET HERSELF) and meursault because hes. like mostly stonyfaced for now. thatll probably change after his canto.

id wise, you can get lil sinners by using the following (unethical life hack it makes them very distressed.) spicebush & w corp for yi sang lc remnant, the one who grips, & especially w corp for faust obviously Manager of La Manchaland don/sancho fucks with her but also. middle little sister & blade lineage. edgar family ryoshu fucks with her. idk if i hc ryoshu as a little or not but like. its literally the mom id. maybe becomes more protective of sinclair idk. i do not know meursault enough to confidently throw headcanons at him ;A; rip to him he gets to stay big always i guess idk i think the MAJORITY of association/office ids fuck with hong lu even a little. i think he very much loves his family even if they tried to kill him. like a lot of times. thats just how they show their love! (<- this does result in him chasing the other littles with a weapon. dante has learned VERY WELL how to read if hong lu is little before they get back on the bus because they have to confiscate his weapon before they do cause at that point hes like "aww ok! ok dante!!" but if theyre on the bus hong lu can fucking run and dante cannot keep up.) ncorp, sunshower, and especially wildhunt fuck with heathcliff. if its a wildhunt based regression dante's really the only suitable caretaker at that point because a lot of the problem is cathy is gone and no one but dante can understand that. ishy in general doesnt like sloshing but. rcorp and captain are also bad. she gets weird w/ the post rcorp headaches/migraines and it leads to a VERY weird littlespace where she needs to be left alone but not left ALONE but it cant be loud but it cant be quiet. rodya i think is fine when it comes to ids as well. she,, i like viewing rodya as the team mom. she's just as good as picking up on when the other sinners are getting overwhelmed as dante is. especially when it comes to sinclair and don and gregor. im a rodigor fan they are the token straights /silly. despite the fact that the other three bloodfiend ids fuck with their owners heads i think rodyas actually mostly fine w/ the princess id?? idk. at the very least she masks well enough to get from using it to using an ego that throws her. red sheet, molar, dawn, and twosg all fuck with sinclairs head in different ways. leaves him in distinctly different headspaces too. i think magic bullet, molar office, barber, and gcorp all throw outis's brain into wack. she is. not having a good time dante. dante why. gregor does NOT have a good time when he is gcorp. same with family heir or priest.

i really like the idea of dante being like. bus caretaker. verdante forever for me so like. dante being the like "good cop" caretaker. everyone prefers dante's care. dante threatens to get vergilius involved if someones behaving badly and not listening. its always said in hushed tones (as if he could hear) and it almost always works.

vergilius being less harsh to sinners who are regressed. he can tell. dont ask how. hes used to it.

occasional reorganization of seating arrangements for the handfuls of cg/little setups when someones little. faust being all embarrassed cause instead of being little and trying to ignore hong lu's quiet prodding (cause hes tactful about faust being little. hes nice. he has little siblings he gets it.) shes sitting in yi sangs lap in the middle of the bus. don wordlessly babbling in ishmaels lap or cuddling heathcliff. sancho napping on ishmael or play arguing with her older brother (heathcliff again wow). sinclair fast asleep laying on ryoshu (/p thats his adoptive mom to me) and no one dares say a thing. outis wordlessly keeps glancing at dante and they can tell. eventually they just go over and quietly ask if shed like to sit with them. shes like "i can handle this executive manager" but her voice is so much quieter than usual. dante just stares for a second before outis sighs and now dantes in her chair and shes in their lap. idk i like outis caring about dante in a very genuine way. maybe its the autism and how she sometimes comes off as less of "bootlicking" and moreso "socially inept" to me.

I LOVE ALL OF THIS. Yes yes yes... it's so good... your view on outis is PERFECT. Every headcanon here is good... Vergilius even yeah.... he knows how to be tough and the "bad cop" but he's secretly soft about them all being little.... agree with hong lu SOOOOO much yeah wah I love them........
