today's my 14th wedding anniversary, and my husband and I spent 3 hours of it tending to a constipated child.

Soft update:

I told my husband I want to run a marathon, he planned out workout routine and I was excited. Then he said I couldn’t have my usually snacks and now I’m in a bad mood. I am grateful he is taking the lead in this but I thought we would just be running more and working out. The food part is an adjustment. I will spend a bit of my day planning high protein low carb meals and try not to be so grumpy

yesterday I had a full on ptsd meltdown, it's been a long time since the last one. I couldn't stop crying and my body is still so sore from the extreme tension it puts my entire muscular system through.

I feel so lucky that my wife was there and comforted me through out and never made me feel judged or bad like people have to me in the past. Everyday I wake up grateful for her

Saved a box of chocolates for "best" and then waited so long for just the right occasion to eat them that they went out of date and she had to buy more.

I'd like to say that this is the first time it's happened but it's not, it's the sixth.

Had a dream tonight that my husband left me to live alone and I was hanging out with the girls and questionable neighbours. Woke up like: gosh ur so useless, I'm so divorcing your hiney, can't trust you again evahhh, look at you just sleeping there, so annoying!

Fell back asleep and had another dream, we're in a faraway land, India or smth, and after shopping in a supermarket, we need to take out our own trash (I've no idea either) in a dirty apron and cap, and my husband puts on both with no hesitation. Woke up like: I'm the luckiest girl alive, this man is my rock, I can trust him with everything I am, rest well my hero :)

I think I should start basing life decisions on my dreams, that sounds like a great idea.
