#sorry a bit of a vent in the tags#the post is mostly stremlined to my parents cause im mad at em rn#they keep telling me to talk to them but u know the most important part of talking about ur problems to someone?#the other party listening AND UNDERSTANDING#diagnoisis and everything is fine but what i wnat most is for you to understand where i come from and sympathize#that what most neurodivergent ppl want the most#cant believe my mom scolded me for not being able to follow routine during our talk about my adhd diagnosis#why does hyd not have good therapist bro#if getting diagnosed for adhd was so hard i cant imagine how torturous getting diagnosed with autism is going to be#im self diagnosed but my parents will need an actual one to validify me won't they#ugh this sucks man#actually adhd#actually autistic#audhd#rant#neurodivergence#diagnosis
