People on the internet: Self-diagnosis is invalid! Seek a professional diagnostic, or you are stealing our resources and using our mental disability as an excuse for your laziness!

French professionals: Do not contact me to get a diagnosis if you're an adult and do not need medications! You will be wasting my time. You can get therapy on your own and check resources online without bothering me.
