I think a lot about the fact that Herobrine as a creepypasta initially was not malicious at all. Like literally he was just some guy who made very specific tunnels, cut leaves off trees and built pyramids in your world, all weird things but really not harmful. Like his worst crime was telling someone on a forum to fuck off when they kept talking about him. But then with time there's been all this additional detail added on like the redstone torches and traps and shrines and he's seemingly gotten more aggressive as an entity within writing and other media. Like he'll actively go out of his way to hinder the player in game or in some depictions irl in some way. All of this is to say I think the more we tried to figure out Herobrine and shit the more we pissed him off a little. Give the man some space I'm sure he's tired of the 12 year olds trying to summon him every other day. EDIT: Please check out my Minecraft AU if you like MC stuff like this, I put a lot of work into it with my partner.

Okay Mephisto and Fatal really are both Kamiki's songs, I kept saying that.. I should have really braced myself of what that man could be capable of if those really were.

So he can turn himself against the world if it means he can have Ai's life return back to her... He can do ANYTHING...;; he really could do ANYTHING...he can't stop even though he knew it was wrong; that's why he urges his own children to come and stop him huh, he really couldn't give up on that but even he knew he was flawed and wrong.

Oh is the "selfish giant star (that) ruins lives" in Fatal's lyrics him then? Aqua did call him selfish. He wants Ai back.. That's what it's about. That whole song, every song in the anime is a spoiler!! So he's selfish because he wanted to see Ai again!! He was living for that cause ever since she got killed

Why do I feel like he almost succeeded but Aqua stopped him last minute and that was his "punishment"? I Really, really feel like he's a fallen god.

Oh come ON...He used to be so soft and kind. He only needed Ai to remain that person he was but that got reaped away in the worst way ever.

What if he really was that god who blessed the industry with his wife, decided to come see it for himself with her and "forgot who he lived as" and "who he lived with", and only remembered after having lost her? Then he got desperate to find her again and decided to take back all the blessings they'd given to people as the "star eyes" to...replenish his significance as a god once more and get closer to Ai once more. That's how he was going after people with the star eyes. He needed them back to see Ai again, he didn't care about being the benevolent and noble god anymore because what DID the people reward him with when he was that way? It got him abused and assaulted, and got his wife murdered for having HIS children.

He went insane. He couldn't care about his role or the world anymore, could he? As long as he could see Ai again...

I think THAT'S what's been going on regarding Hikaru. He still had some kindness left for his children who lost Ai with him so he went to see them last time and gift him with his blessings by granting them of their dearest wishes with his powers(sarutahiko and amenouzume are the gods of fulfilled wishes as well)I guess but that backfired and got HIM killed because Aqua wanted revenge on him.

What should we do with him.. He's too broken... Would Ai... Take him?; would he be allowed to be with her? He's so tainted. He used to be so good, it's just.. Who's at fault here? I guess he'll have to rot in hell but..

yes synthesizer v is fine to submit

#i do have some.. Opinions on newer software that is able to use AI. including synth v and vocaloid 6 #but since they still have specific voicebank characters im assuming they get the samples the same way all the previous software does #ie legally and ethically. so that parts not really an issue for me #i just personally think that lots of the charm that comes from vocaloid music is that theyre very obviously robots #like gosh everyone loves these robots its so cute. its like how scientists consider the mars rovers like their babies. TO ME #thats just personal tho! i get why people are excited about software that can sound more realistic #just for me i cant divorce a realistic sounding vocal synth from the implications of all the more harmful ways that could be used #which idk maybe thats dumb bc by that logic i should feel the same way about a lot of other tech #but theres something about ai thats just so... im so tired of hearing about it lmfao #anyway this is kind of a tangent to the question #also nothing against you anon! just putting down some stuff ive been thinking about recently #asks #vocaloid tournament

#i wanted to do it on.... AI mental health therapy and why it is *problematic* (NOT IMPERMISSIBLE) from a... *tsk*#...sort of consequentialist and ontological harm... because i think talking to a machine instead of a person has indirect harms #-on ppls ability to communicate with one another #like its very obviously a utilitarian good in the article i read.. so not all bad.. but i cant help but worry about preserving the human #-capability to communicate and commiserate with others and comfort each other in times of need #like i feel like thats a pretty big deal! humans have relied on each other since the dawn of time and now we have such a drastic change?#change isn't bad! but we should still treat it with caution #i am fairly certain i have the right position but its really hard to argue without making really vague appeals to virtue ethics #and balancing that with utility...#eh i'll shoot for the stars... i'll ask her for forgiveness if this is Bad #...i need to stop writing essays in the tags - and write my ACTUAL essay...#yap
