Looks like Sétanta is the welfare (he's a Saber), a new Assassin named Locusta, and *deep, heavy sigh* Queen Draco who is... a Beast class Servant? What?
Edit: There'll be a second round of Pilgrimage Festival on May 10th, the welfares for this one are currently not known.
