Day 25 - Happy St. Patrick's Day. I have so many fond memories of this holiday growing up. My father was half Irish and my Colombian mother completely embraced the holiday. I can still smell the corn beef and cabbage. While I wish I could celebrate it with my Dad 😔, I am thankful for our many warm memories. I did some major #juicing today, I miscalculated #joesmeangreen servings but it's okay b/c it's one of my favorite juices (the 76 kale leaves should hv been the clue 😳). I made it to #hotyoga, whoo-hoo! Our instructor was a New Yorker, he was so down to earth and made me laugh, I can't believe how fast class went. Today was also the 1st time I attempted 🐪🐪without nausea and was actually able to do it 👯👯. What an amazing feeling😆😆. At home, I celebrated 🍀with a #leangreenlassiesmoothie - thank you @wholehealthdesigns for the #delish recipe 💚. Sophie even tried to get herself a helping.. Teddy make a rare appearance, sporting his green,and actually sat still for a quick pick.
