I assume Mags (considering how we have covered the rest of autobot high command tbh as in bayverse Jazz is the SIC, we've got our weapons master Ironhide and medic Ratchet, and Prowl's probably the TIC, I'm trying to puzzle out where a bayverse Magnus would fit) and his crew arrives much, much later on.

The fallen doesn't exactly have Starscream's help this time around so his shit probably isn't going to go as smoothly, and I'm assuming they found a better way around the energon problem than "blow up the sun" (considering how more mammalian leaning the BR-AU sparklings are compared to the canon bayverse hatchlings, they could possibly lactate which would solve some issues but could be considered "weird") so he's got his own shit to deal with (unless you want Sentinel and The Fallen to work together which is an option?)
