Nothing in particular, but I've been wanting a new fantasy series to sink my teeth into, you started posting about one that wasn't too long (well, not too long by number of books, the actual books themselves being ridiculously girthy) and you usually have pretty good taste, so I thought I'd give it a try.

I've listened to 19 hours in the last two days, so I'd say it's working out so far.
