it took a whole lot of willpower to make it to the gym today 😂 don’t forget to double tap💜 after 20+ hours of traveling, I’m feeling pretty exhausted and stiff and so very unmotivated. BUT I MADE IT WOOOHOOO AND I EVEN HAD A LOVELY WORKOUT leg and boooooty day! Let’s get it!!! Even if you don’t want to like I didn’t wooohooo you go gal. Can you tell I’m high on endorphins atm ? Lol same 1️⃣ 4 sets of 5 | 1 & 3/4th squats. Honestly these will always be my fave squats ugh the booty burn. I always go a bit lighter on these since there’s so much time under tension 2️⃣ superset-ish fun combo here!!! 3 sets of... 5 pulsing goblet squat, 5 goblet squat, 5 pulsing, 5 squat again. That’s 1 set 3️⃣ superset | 3 sets of 5 glute brides (ok tbh I prefer hip thrusts but sorry I was too weak today) into 8-10 straight leg deadlift Song is Happy Now by Zedd.
