It seemed Leigha wanted in on this party, too. The drunken attorney leaned over on her, slurring his words as he took the drink she offered him. Downing it, he grinned at her.

Maya felt a vibrate in her pocket. “Huh? Hold on Silver and Spiral, i think i just got a text.” She gets her phone out of her pocket and looks at it. “Oh! It’s from Leigha!”

(Wait... What does she mean ‘It’s an emergency?’) "yeah... Hold on a second guys...” She dials whitehaireddragons number and puts her phone up to her ear.

A rift of purple energy opens nearby, as a strange tentacled form writhes out of it.

At first, the beast doesn’t even notice anyone, instead willing forth a strange screen-like thing with foreign writing on it. His seemingly robotic voice echoes out: “Calculating parameters, scanning for new test subjects.” As he says that, a beam of purple energy comes from one of it’s free tentacles, completely disintegrating a nearby squirrel, it’s data showing up on the screen as well.

“Intriguing…” the creature spoke, dragging his tentacle through the screen, dissipating it. “This world is different then the last one.”

Maya darts out from Leigha’s house, leaving behind a note that says “thanks for letting me stay” and goes to the train station to go to Hazakura Temple. Surely he won’t find out that she’s there…right? 

Oh, and she leaves behind a couple of Nicks booty pictures on the way there.
