the trend of movie musicals hiring broadway actors who can actually sing and dance instead of random celebrities is a shining beacon of hope within the murky despair of modern hollywood

#nature is healing #cats was rock bottom now there’s nowhere to go but up #while we’re on a roll can we get a remake of les mis that doesn’t give everyone inexplicable english accents #bay’s originals #i know it’s not new it’s just returning but still #return of the king(filmmakers who focus on quality rather than marketability)#it would be very sexy if this could happen with voice acting as well btw. cast people who have skills other than name recognition please!
