also at my old job i used to get so exhausted i would just pass out when i came home. cant even THINK about the horrors when you work 12 hours a day 13 days straight 1 day off and then do it again. i sort of miss that

#to be fair i wasnt having night terrors for awhile until the end of my relationship with my last roommate triggered me into a mental hole #and i did have to call off work some days because of literally just. being unable to sleep the night before #and it did get bad at work sometimes when i would get triggered and then had to go back upstairs and pretend to be normal #while repairing complex machinery. im honestly wondering if i can do this kind of job again in my current mental faculties.#its sort of worrying. i was sort of barely keeping my shit together sometimes
