I'm not even a Black Paladin Lance stan, I actually don't see the role helping him and feel like Blue was already perfect for him.

I just find it...interesting when people say that he doesn't have the leadership qualities necessary for it.

Because you know who else didn't have the qualities for leading? Fricking Keith

So if Keith gets the chance to get help from the others to grow into the position and still needed like two years of training with his mother to chill and lead. Why can't Lance get the same leniency?
