Cypt-Baby™️ with no verifiable pedigree, Elf, not Antivan, not even a Crow but Necromancer/Mage (Caterina still doesn’t know which is worse), clearly has some issues with authority given she was “asked” to go on a “sabbatical”, into heroic nonsense, uncannily politically savvy, calls a skeleton her “brother”, empowers Lucanis to make his own decisions.

There’s probably more, but then again nobody could ever be good enough for Lucanis in Caterina’s eyes.

Hey, I get why some people want Lucanis and Rook to have an easy time after the game's events, however Lucanis' life is, fundamentally, a telenovela.

Anyway what I'm trying to say is: tag all the reasons Caterina Dellamorte doesn't like your Rook and would disapprove of their relationship.
