Chaos used Charm Ray!

According to Sonic wiki- when A+ Rouge’s levels you can gain access to chaos- who also gets her move set.

This however, means that Chaos is capable of doing “Charm Ray” which makes the entire area coated in pink, and stuns the opponent.

The fact that they chose Rouge’s abilities instead of knuckles- to me means only one thing.
