if capitalism breeds innovation why is every social media company the same
#BECAUSE every company now wants to be like tiktok bc capitalism doesnt encourage creativity and innovation#it encourages copying your competitors to make more money than them#which most of the time doesnt even work! i can buy shitty knockoff converse but everyone will Know theyre not Real#and the knockoff company isnt making more money than converse by copying them#just as everyone Knows tumblr live isnt tiktok and its just a money grab#basically what im trying to say is. social media was better when each website was trying to do its own thing and provide unique features#no other platform had#and that's slowly being taken away from us as the internet becomes more and more standardized#when tumblr dies for good i'll see yall on neocities#steven speaks
