Every time I look at the “Odin malnourished Loki” take on this hellsite, I just wanna slip a piece of paper that says, “It’s called magic.”
#i know Odin was just a bad dad — all his kids came out fucked up#but loki lived a pretty good life until he found out the truth that Odin never considered him for the throne was because he was of jotun#which means loki ate well lived considerably well and wore the best of the best#he was hedonistic after all#but loki looks the way he does — and has maintained that form — because of magic#odin used magic to change loki into the form of an aesir#so it would make sense that without odin’s interference loki would grow up like any other jotun#save for him still being a head shorter than all the others — he was still a ‘runt’#anyway in the comics jotun loki is still no taller than an aesir and laufey was a dick towards him for it#loki#what if#jotun loki
