I'm very sleepy. extremely. but ladies. gentlethems. and broheems. how do we feel about pilates bars slash and or aka fitness bows. what is the buzz. what isbthe vibe.

#i'm better abt spotting when fad diets are nonsense bc like. almost all of them are lol #but with equipment i'm like ''i am too lazy & poor to have tried tharlt. i suspect yhey're lying but what if they're NOT''#and i'm too ascared to go public gym bc i live w immune compromised people so i'm clueless abt lightweight home gym setups #which makes me the perfect target for scamming bastards lol!!!!
