my doctor said the nightmares might be a consequence of me being TOO relaxed and happy ๐ฉ๐ฉ girl help
#ive had reoccurring (literally every single night) nightmares where i wake up with my heart hoing crazy#and its been going on ever since after i took my bachelors and started writing every day#which isnt necessary chill but its for sure not stressful or anxiety inducing like a job or school might be#and he said maybe thats the problem#bc some ppl get sick as soon as they stop stressing (cough cough my mom) and that might be whats causing the sleep disturbance#but like... thats so sick actually why would u do that to me... ๐ฉ๐ฉ#diagnosed workaholic by the nightmare realm
