You wanna know my thought process when I saw this panel?
1) A threat to Wally's family? Check
2) The threat is another speedster? Check
3) Wally's pissed off? Check.
The situation was meeting all the criteria for Wally to do something insane. My mind immediately went to the Thad situation.
But no, I thought. Surely, he won't do it again?
HE DID IT AGAIN
