sat around with my grandparents talking for like 4hrs and we got into some really good really deep conversations and I listened as they told me stories from their younger years and it was just really nice. I'm so grateful for the grandparents I got. they're the coolest best people in the world. my grandpa also showed me all his anti trump shirts hes wearing on their motorcycle trip to Ventura beach lolololol

#theyre on their 70s and have spent the past 4yrs building their own house on top of a huge hill #its beautiful #theyve not let anyone help them they did literally everything themselves by hand #and its so beautiful #before they bought that property they lived on a sailboat for 26 yrs and sailed around the world #my grandma in her 60s sailed to guatamala and a local gave her her first tattoo #which is a tramp stamp of humming birds lolol #theyre so cute too #my gma is like 4“9 and my gpa is 6”2 #and they just celebrated their 57th anniversary #ugh i just love them
