finally watched the thing a bit ago and was disappointed ):
#like i feel like it got as gross as it gets too close to the beginning theres no build up#and i try not to be too nitpicky abt horror films bc ppl react differently to stuff than they think they would#but i just found it too wildly unbelievable that the scientists reacted the way they did#which i dont have a problem with a movie portraying scientists making bad decisions. i liked the fly. but i felt there was a point to that#with this it didnt feel like they were doing it to comment on anything idk it just felt silly at many points#i liked the ending though and the effects were good just again it reaches its peak way too early
