Really appreciate that Yellowjackets had Taivan be canon from the beginning. Not that it's automatically better like this or worse like that, but them getting together is comparatively uninteresting to the teens' time in the wilderness (and the inevitable break-up) so it's nice that the show doesn't waste time establishing them as a couple.
