i fucked up and sold someone a bag of dog food i thought was just salmon but turned out to have chicken in a couple weeks ago and she came back in today visiblyyyy so upset 😭 like we could tell she was angry but she was also doing her best to he polite abt it which i get but now i just feel so bad bc i remembered the food she was talking abt but not her, so i didnt figure out I was the one that sold her the wrong bag until after she left and i checked the schedule :(((( but she must have recognized me bc she was avoiding eye contact and i sensed she was holding back and what she actually wanted to say to me. fuk lol

#i appreciate that she tried to keep her cool despite definitely being upset but yeah fuckkkkk i feel so baf #i think i know what happened too. i have a habit of getting caught up with one detail and then not thinking of other things #so i was Just focused on getting her the purina brand and didnt double check to make sure there was no chicken in it 😞#which btw its so stupid that food can be labelled as salmon and then randomly have chicken in it like man....#urghhhhgfhfhhfh. that poor dog :( and its my fault gfdi
