#i forgot my pill for 2 days#which I take for norepinephrine dysregulation secondary to an autonomic disorder#not even for mental health reasons#yet when I miss it for 48 brief hours#I become an emotionally unstable mess#which I was not before I started this stupid medication!!!#and now I'm having horrific nightmares to top it off ๐#mine#vent
