An experimental take on the French Napoleon (Mille-feuille) 😋 Filled with a chocolate creme patissiere and salted caramel in the center. Instead of the common striped/zig zag technique for the top I chose to marble the icing instead with my @chefmaster color and add some gold leaf and shimmer ✨ I have a goal of one day having my own store front similar to a French Patisserie type bakery and these are the types of things I’d like to sell along with my macarons you know and love.
