You know that one line Shiv has in the middle of Season 4 of Succ? Where she says she’s been “scheduling her grief” in like 20 min appointments of crying throughout the day? And had rooms booked for those times any everything?

Whomst is more likely to do this, Steve or Tony? Tony I can see knowing it’s coming and trying to keep it boxed away from the public and trying to “solve” it this way. But the scheduling thing seems pretty Steve, tho I have to say he might not be emotionally self aware enough depending on what he’s sad about to know he’s have to do it more then once lol (am not 100% certain he knew why he grew his beard and wore the last Cap suit Tony made him for years, aka he missed Tony lol, but he did)

honestly do not think that Steve has the emotional werewithal to both 1) know that he needs to give himself time and space to grieve and 2) schedule a break in his work for that ahead of time. Even if Steve does recognize that he's not Doing Okay, he wouldn't be able to justify taking the time away from his responsibilities in order to deal with what he's going through. + I can't imagine Steve actually being able to relax into his sorrow while there's literally a single other soul in the building. He either waits until SHIELD is quiet and everyone else has long since gone home to take out the old photograph that he's since removed from beside his work monitor and now keeps face down in the bottom left drawer of his office desk and stares unseeingly at it, replaying the memories that are the source of his grief over again in his mind as if he can debrief himself out of depression OR he goes home and sheds reluctant tears in the shower, half of them for the pain of sadness and half of them out of anger at himself that he needs this, after which he goes to bed with his chest aching harder than it ever has since he got the serum.

Tony 100% schedules time to cry at work, not so much because he wouldn't have a single spare second in the day to do so spontaneously (even thought he definitely doesn't) but because he's so exhausted already by the pressure he puts on himself to do right by everyone else, to live up to their expectations, and then the grief on top of all of that honestly leaves him a little bit emotionally catatonic. So he schedules time in his day specifically to feel his feelings because otherwise he simply wouldn't have the energy to do so at all.

Sweet Pea has called her Doll since they were five because he heard it in a movie and thought that Amy looked like a porcelain doll (he was right) and Sweets was just Amy not being able to do words properly

Amy is an Anxious Mess in general but she doesn’t worry too much about Sweet Pea (like, compared to how much she worries about a lot of other things) because she knows that he can take care of himself better than most people in her life, whereas Sweet Pea doesn’t worry too much but worries about her so so so much all the time

Both of them!  Amy knows all of her partners’ preferred orders from Pop’s and Costco (pretty much the only places they eat lmao) but Sweet Pea always orders for Amy

Archie obviously Does Not Approve especially early on but eventually realizes that Sweet Pea loves her as much as he does and they can put aside their issues to protect her - everyone else supports it!
