Damn, they really killed Rightstuff Anime like they killed Bandai America.

I didn't need a reason, but I'm hating Crunchyroll even harder right now.

BIG news - As we know, last year Crunchyroll purchased long-time anime/manga retail shop, Rightstuf. This morning, it was announced that Crunchyroll will "phase out" the Rightstuf name, and everything will be relocated to the Crunchyroll online store by October 10, 2023.

The announcement states that Rightstuf's annual holiday sale will "continue" on as the "Crunchyroll Holiday Sale", but it makes no statement on things like the handling of the Dirty Pair Kickstarter (done by Nozomi Entertainment, a Rightstuf-owned imprint), what will happen to all the Macross titles Nozomi announced they had acquired, how they will handle unshipped orders/pre-orders, what will happen to their affiliate programs, and other big questions.
