I think he'd also be a lil bit nervous because he's inexperienced so he always feels like you'll pass him up for someone better, like he can be confident and outright make it clear that youre his but if he sees someone as better than himself he'll practically shrink away comparing himself to that said person

I think if you were sad he'd be the type to hug you first, wait for you to calm down and then ask what happened he'd probably help you out emotionally more so than giving you solutions to your problem

-omg I think he'd be really patient in a relationship and you'd be his number one priority

-while I think he'd be really supportive and help you by give helping you sort your emotions put when your sad and crying I also think he'd be the type to make jokes to cheer you up and make you smile again

-he'd really want the best for you and would never even forget a single day that was special to you be it your anniversary or Valentines or even the birthday of the dog he'd always give you something and he would always make an effort to out do himself everytime
