#when they finally hook up Yata comes back to the bar to announce it

Fushimi tries to subtly flirt with Yata but it didn't work cause Yata is too dense. S4 saw the event and they were consoling him, giving him snacks, patting him on the back and encouraging him and he just tells them to stop and leave him alone. Meanwhile, the Homra guys saw it, too and they were all going "Yata you idiot." and kinda messing with him and stuff and he's so confused. Anna comes close to give him a headpat "You'd get someday, Misaki.". Yata's like "Why are you patting my head...?"

These poor, stupid babies. Imagine this like post-ROK, Fushimi's gotten a little more honest about his feelings and he knows he's in love with Yata but of course there's the worry about how Yata feels about him. Fushimi thinks maybe if he tests the waters and starts flirting a little more Yata will figure things out and if he responds positively then Fushimi can finally just come out with it and say that he's in love with Yata and has been since middle school. There's just two small problems with this plan: one, Fushimi can't flirt for shit, and two, Yata's too dense to notice anything less subtle than a smack to the head.

So every time they run into each other Fushimi tries to flirt and horribly fails at it, like his flirting sounds an awful lot like insults (and maybe it actually sounds a lot similar to when Fushimi used to taunt Yata even before they made up, because for Fushimi this sort of teasing is flirting). He's being a little more bold though, making more comments about Yata being a virgin and about getting pinned to walls and such, at one point he even gets Yata all kabedoned to the wall again. Yata meanwhile is just clueless, like he has no idea what's gotten into Saruhiko all of a sudden. Imagine they're out with some of the other Homra and S4 guys and everyone is watching them, literally everyone knows what's going on except Yata. At some point Fushimi's talking to Yata, a little sensual edge to his voice, and Yata in response makes a comment about no matter how much Fushimi teases him they're going to be friends forever.

Yata thought he was being nice and reassuring, so he's totally lost when Fushimi ends up stumbling back to the S4 guys who immediately rush to comfort him. Akiyama brings him some coffee and Doumyouji offers candy and ice cream, Hidaka's telling him that next time it'll work out he just needs to keep trying. Fushimi grumbles at them to leave him alone but they're all like 'we're in your corner, Fushimi-san! You can do this!'. Yata has no idea why Saruhiko's so upset all of a sudden and then just to make things even more confusing the Homra guys are looking at him with pity, like wow Yata you really haven't figured it out huh. Yata has no idea why everyone is picking on him today and Anna just reaches up and pats his head encouragingly, she's sure he'll figure it out someday. Yata's like can someone just tell me what's going on but they're all like this is one thing you need to figure out for yourself like an adult, Yata's all I don't know why but I'm starting to feel kinda pissed off at all of you.
