#my coworker just told me that their manager#(same department/position they just separate us into groups so dif supervisor)#just told them that it is 100% normal to not make metrics#and this is a struggle that every new wave of people have#and it’s why turnover is so high#but we need to suck it up#and will face repercussions for not meeting metrics#and I-#what?#i started training just about 3months ago#but like there are people in my wave of hires that have only been training since thanksgiving#(long story)#and they just bumped our expectation to 3 of our things a day#when the newest trainees were at an expectation of 1 literally last week#and the expectation is 4 a day starting Monday#?????#when people here 1+ years are only expected to do 5?#what the fuckkkkk#I hate it
