left work early today and got home in 20 minutes

it should always take 20 minutes. Why does it take 1-2 hours instead if only there was some way to.. compress people into a smaller space.. perhaps have a set schedule or something as well. would be convenient. oh well let’s keep driving my new fordfuck620 that takes the same amount of space as a small bus (it’s transporting a single person)

anyway. I couldn’t help but notice that all the parking lots of the apartments/condos were between 1/2 to 3/4 full, still. At noon.

huh.. so where exactly are the thousands of cars that flood the streets from 3-7 pm coming from

#I don’t understand how there’s that many cars still parked at home #mostly new cars as well.#and you may be thinking ‘maybe they work the night shift’ or something but #when rent is a minimum 2k (around this area it’s more like 2.5-4k) HOW can you survive if you work retail or some shit #I just don’t get it #jobs here pay so little how can you afford to chill at home #like there’s no way this many people have remote jobs that pay enough to afford rent #I don’t even know I was just baffled. you got a brand new suv and you live in a building that’s MIN 3k a month how are you doing this
