the vibe today is that i have dutifully brought a lunchbox to work but i have spent the entire morning dreaming about the shitty kebab from the only bodega within walking distance of the office

#they put so much salad and pepperoncini and red onion on it it's like eating a bowl of salad out of bread #and then the meat or vegan meat is the saltiest shit you've ever had like salty sawdust #i should just heap spoonfuls of chili crisp on my lunchbox and be happy #fighting a very hard battle at the moment #it's 10am this is what i do to distract myself ahead of brain melting planning meetings #why think about how to structure a junior coaching meeting with a very anxious team member #when i can debate myself on whether the monthly budget should allow for this lunch splurge
