patient todd and doctor neil where neil comes in to do a check up but the second he comes in, todd’s heartbeat increases frantically so neil gets closer to see whats wrong and todd’s heartbeat gets even higher and todd’s like red and the nurses assigned to him also look worried until they realize he’s just being gay

meanwhile neil’s still panic-y

canon divergence au where todd comes to visit neil after his attempt and everyone panics when his heartbeat increases cuz they really don’t want neil with his circumstances to be stressed or anxious, but when they come in neil’s just bright red while todd’s panicking and asking what’s wrong, which is making him even redder

#so the first one is actually this #when Neil commits the bad he didn't die so he's in a state of coma in the hospital #the doctor cant find any pulse on him and seems like all hope is lost #but then when he allowed the poets to visit him #and the poets all of them have managed to cause some changes in his pulse #but none of it compares to when Todd Anderson arrives alone #The doctor doesn't know what happened or what Todd said but whatever Todd did brought Neil back to life #it was a miracle that happened yet the doctor partly knew why and he won't disclose the reason to the Perry's #OR ANOTHER ONE #FUTURE FIC WHERE EVERYONE THOUGHT NEIL IS DEAD #so like Todd got into a really severe accident that caused him to get to er #and Neil was at attending at that time so when he was called in for surgery he didn't mind it #but when he saw his face #his name #everything crashes upon him #a name he holds dear even after years #and now he wants to make sure that Todd survives #he deserves a better life after all
