WHAT’S IN MY CLINICAL BAG
New semester starts tomorrow and I’m getting ready, so I thought now would be a good time to show you guys what I bring with me to clinicals. Clinical is actually on Friday but I like to prepare early in case I need to run out and grab something!
bookbag // himawari // i always get compliments on this bag. last semester my clinical prof asked me about it and she got one too :) they have sooo many pretty colors
stethoscope // mdf acoustica
davis drug guide // mosby’s diagnostic + lab reference
daily planner + to do sheet // jessicastudiesrn // i have have have to have a small planning + to do list with me
clipboard // healing hands // there’s a ton of nursing clipboards out there but i liked the aesthetic of this one. its got a pretty cheat sheet on the back and it opens so i can keep all of my papers organized inside (i’ll do a seperate post on that soon)
sticky notes, pen case, writing essentials
id tag // used by my school and our current health care facility
marker for your id tag // sharpie // one of my best finds yet. this little badge marker totally comes in for initialing dressings, etc. i think they make highlighters like this but i don’t need a highlighter often enough to keep it on my badge
pen light // cavn
listerine strips // pretty sure these are in every store // gotta have fresh breath, even behind the mask! actually, even more so behind the mask bec you don’t want to be smelling your own stinky breath haha
lip balm // first aid beauty // this is the best healing lip balm hands down. no more dry lips in the winter
hand cream + hand sanitizer // cerave + vaseline // you can get these anywhere but i get them from target. i love this hand cream bec its not only moisturizing but it creates a barrier to protect your hands from constantttt hand hygiene. health care facilities obv have hand sanitizer but this is my fav for personal use because its super moisturizing and NOT sticky
essentials for your lady bits // cora // i love this brand bec they are organic + don’t have any nasty chemicals or fragrances. i have the subscription plan which makes them pretty cheap + you don’t have to worry about running out to grab more them when you realize you forgot to buy them.
not shown // snacks... i plan to do a separate post about my favorite, healthy study snacks
That’s it! I try to keep my clinical bag pretty light and I’m more on the minimal side. Let me know if you guys try any of this stuff and what you think. Also, let me know if any of the links don’t work so I can fix ‘em.
DISCLAIMER: I’m not sponsored by any of this stuff, nor am I receiving anything by you using these links.
