What are some things that you can actually say that make you proud of yourself? For me it’s - ▪️not letting my fears get in my way ▪️being a great mother ▪️Striving for my goals even when it gets hard I feel like a lot of the times we are too hard on ourselves for even the smaller things and we shouldn't be. We should praise every accomplishment even if it’s the smallest ones. We should be more happier for the lives we have then the lives we want. Learn to appreciate things better and have more positive people in our lives. It’s those few people in my life that keep me going! My kids,husband and family keep my head in a positive light and always want the best for me.
