Okay question for y’all. All of my teachers’ attendance policies say that you have to have a doctor’s note to be excused for medical reasons. In my experience the only reason you would ever go to a doctor is if you have a life-threatening injury or illness– so my question is, does this policy mean that an extremely dangerous medical situation is the only good reason to skip class, or are they expecting you to go to a doctor for normal stuff
