#probably nothing! maybe something #probably wont be very long either but then again the holidays are coming up and family is coming to visit #(which is a mental health crisis on it's own)#but logging on to any social media has kind of immediately given me severe anxiety #to the point of panic attacks #where my immediate reaction to stop it from being so scary is to delete all my blogs (which would be bad!)#but im gunna give myself a mental health pass where i just #don't log on unless i reall really want to write or #whatever and i just do other things to have a mini break ♥#tbd .#cw vent #cw negativity #just in case!
