(mgv) for essentially all prior relationships, wilson was the near-perfect polite and sought after alpha. he never let his instincts get the better of him, never used the Voice, never threw his weight around. it's only when he gets with house that he lets himself be a little wilder because unlike prior relationships (besides amber probably) house encourages him to loosen up. it's not always a good thing considering the hell they get up to, but house is hard pressed to complain about wilson being territorial over him when house has been craving this attention from him since they met

#mgv #house mgv #wilson comes into himself a little more and as it turns out 'himself' is a bit bitchish #also house is a hypocrite! encouraging wilson's instincts while having stifled his own for so long #he's got internalized omegaphobia from his dad and still hasn't worked out the kinks in that fully #but since john always framed alphas as the best (and house is already smitten to wilson) ->#it comes natural to him to spur wilson on as a “deserving party with greater potential” even if he doesn't realize #and wilson just. fascinates me #he hasn't like.... defined himself as a person. just is whatever is needed of him in the moment #he does his job he gets married he gets divorced and all the while he's dropping hints at being an absolute freak #these dudes. strange. all this and all i wanted to get at is that wilson is rougher with house than bonnie or julie #whatEVr it's naptime zzz
